How long does delivery take?
Delivery normally takes 6–10 days. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, and shown before you pay.
Can I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days from receiving the item. Returns go to our returns hub in Sweden.
Which currency am I charged in?
You're charged in the currency shown on the site for your country – the same currency follows you into checkout.
How do I pay?
Klarna (including pay later), card and the local payment methods available for your market.
Are the products safe for children?
We pick everything ourselves and drop anything with a strong chemical smell or poor durability. Squishies are not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts.
How do I care for a squishy?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and clean it with a slightly damp cloth. Slow rise squishies last longest stored cool and dry.
